DESCRIPTION
Made in Denmark during the 1950s and 1960s. Two columns of four drawers give this Santos rosewood chest plenty of room for clothes or table linen, each drawer with a carved round rosewood pull. The top shows rich, figured grain, and it stands on slim tapered legs, so it also works as a low sideboard in a dining room. It has been completely restored and refinished, with some discoloration and minor veneer wear remaining.
